Conditions

 

If you send a request for feedback, PM Vent LLC (address: 197198, 29-a Zhdanovskaya Street, Office 15-n, Office 20, Saint Petersburg) (the “Company”) shall process your personal data stated in the request as a personal data operator.

 

2. The Company shall process the data provided by you for the purpose of considering your request and communications regarding the results of consideration, including the interactions and communications between you and the Company via email or telephone stated in the request, as well as for keeping records of requests in the CRM system of the Company.

 

3. Personal data shall be processed by the Company, as well as third parties that may be instructed by the Company to process or transfer the data (provide access to them) in order to achieve the goals specified in Clause 2. Such third parties may include, but are not restricted to, companies of the PM Vent group, counterparties of the Company (in particular, those that provide services related to website hosting and information system support, and arrangements for events), as well as bodies of public power in the cases set forth in the legislation. The Company may also receive personal data from such third parties.

The Company may engage third parties to process the received  personal data and/or transfer to them the data received for the above stated purpose without additional consent as long as such third parties maintain confidentiality and security of the data during processing.

 

4. The Company may enter the received data for the above stated purpose into information systems, and store and process the data using any methods, which are not at variance with the legislation, while the request is considered, as well as for five years from their receipt. Upon achieving the processing purpose or if there is no further need to achieve such purpose, and if other lawful grounds for processing are not available (e.g. consent of the personal data subject), the personal data shall be destroyed.

 

5. The Company shall take the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, and dissemination, other unlawful actions in relation to personal data, and shall comply with the guidelines and rules for processing personal data, provided for in the Law on Personal Data No.152-FZ dated 27.07.2006, and other relevant regulations.
