The Energy Business Centre is considered to be one of the most comfortable and innovative in town. The project was implemented by Russian architects jointly with the Italian company Exclusiva, which has a multi-year experience in the development of exclusive architectural projects and interiors.
The business centre is intended for 800 workplaces that used by employees of three subsidiaries of Gazprom Neft PJSC.
The Energy Business Centre has been awarded numerous awards of the professional community since the time when it opened. In 2014, the project won a Grand Prix of the annual Сommercial Real Estate Awards in the category “Class A Business Centre in Saint Petersburg.”
Primary use: a multi-purpose building with office space, a restaurant, and a bank.
