The Quattro Corti complex of buildings includes a modern class A+ business centre, a panoramic restaurant, and an underground parking area.

The architectural design of the Quattro Corti business centre was developed by Italian architects from the Piuarch Studio. The Piuarch specialists developed a project for Saint Petersburg, which combines classical architecture, out-of-the-box designer solutions, and the latest engineering technologies. While preserving the historical façades of both buildings of the Quattro Corti building, the Studio Piuarch provided a cutting-edge design space, its visual centres being four coloured courtyards. State-of-the-art technologies were employed to implement the Quattro Corti project, including an Interpark automated underground parking garage, the first of its type in Saint Petersburg, exclusive model Schindler lifts, and latest design engineering systems. Megapolis Property Management LLC invested its 10-year experience in the creation of unique commercial properties to implement this unique project, with a total investment of approx. 80 million US dollars.
