The Sberbank Unified Distributed Contact Center (UDCC) is a unique project aimed at supporting the clients of Sberbank of Russia. The project has been implemented in five Russian cities (Moscow (UDCC Development Department), Yekaterinburg, Volgograd, Voronezh, and Omsk).
Total area: 6,500 sqm.
The Sberbank Contact Center opened on June 28, 2012. The Contact Center uses unique state-of-the-art software and hardware, which help provide all the necessary information to clients within a short time. In 2012, unique video and online consulting were introduced for the clients. The Volgograd Contact Center employs over 1,200 specialists. The energy-saving ventilation system for the UDCC was based on Swegon Office solutions.
